Reena started her career as a beauty professional in 2003. After completing her diploma with a local institution, she opened up a small women-friendly salon in Kathmandu by her own.

After two years of operation, she felt as if she could upgrade herself by learning new skills. She went to consult with many local institutions and none of them are offering such trainings where she could join to learn different skills, other than hair and beauty.

Young enough to learn new skills, she decided to go to Singapore in 2007 to have obtain prestigious CIDESCO DIPLOMA with a CIDESCO accredited school.
